We consider “consulting hours” any work deemed by Reintivity management to exceed 30 minutes. Often this work applies to clients who need a lot of custom work beyond just updates and security.
We consider “accrued consulting hours” consulting hours that accumulate based on the accrual rate for the current "À la carte"* active maintenance plan.

Meetings for reporting, research and planning
